The Trovan ID162VB is the All-In-One version of our conventional ISO FDX-B microchip — 11.5mm × 2.1mm — supplied as a complete single-use delivery device. The chip, needle, and implanter are integrated; the entire device is disposed of after implantation. No separate re-usable implanter required.
ISO FDX-B is the international standard for animal identification. ID162VB microchips can be read by any ISO 11784/11785-compliant reader worldwide. Best choice when your study population may later be encountered by other researchers, vets or facilities using different equipment.
