The Trovan Unique ID100(1.4)VB (FDX-A) All-In-One Midi-Chip is the newest addition to the range of Trovan Unique FDXA microchips (transponders). The transponders are identical to the Trovan Unique ID100(1.4) Midi-Chips (8mm long x 1.4mm diameter) but come supplied in an all-in-one format whereby the transponder/microchip, needle and implanter are combined in a pre-sterilised pack with 6 peel-off adhesive labels. After implantation the entire device is disposable i.e. no re-usable syringe implanter is used as for the Trovan Unique ID100(1.4) Midi-Chip.
Note: TROVAN microchips are sometimes referred to as transponders or PIT tags (Passive Integrated Transponders).
