USB Datalogger

The USB logger can be used to connect to the RS485 stationary decoder network and will collect all data communication on a USB stick in a CSV format with local date and time stamp.

The USB data logger can be used to store large amounts of data on a USB Stick (Millions of records). The logger is connected via the RS485 port to a LID608, LID650 or LID665 decoder. All ID numbers transmitted by the decoder are read by the data logger, date/time stamped and stored on the USB stick. The Unit address and the baud rate of the data logger can be set by using DIP switches.

The USB datalogger has LED indications for power, Rx & Tx communication and for Storage active (becomes active when a USB stick is inserted).

A pushbutton to safely remove the USB stick is located next to the USB stick.

The logger is recognised by the PC software of the LID650/LID665. Date and time are set via this software. Each day the logger creates automatically a file (CSV format).

Also there are 2 inputs available. One analogue for monitoring for example the battery voltage. Second input is a digital input that can be programmed to meet special customer requirements.

All applications that require to store a large amount of data.
